We are a plant manufacturer and are looking for an ERP or merchandise management system as a business solution.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- CRM - Customer Relationship Management
- DMS - Document Management System
- Invoicing (quotes, orders, invoices)
- Warehouse management
- Central customer and supplier contact list that can be accessed by all other programs (MS Outlook, CRM, DMS, merchandise management)
- Consistent and transparent contact documentation (ticket system or similar)
- Handling of a relatively large number of items in the quote, i.e., simple drag & drop
- List editing
- Electronic order processing - measurement and maintenance logging
- Operation via own servers, but access from mobile devices (Android) and PCs (MS Windows) possible
- Assignment of rights to different participants
- The existing merchandise management system is to be replaced (data transfer)
- MS Outlook must be integrated
- If possible, contact person on site in the vicinity
Four to five software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
