Educational institution with boarding school seeks hotel software

We are an educational institution with a boarding school and youth hostel (apartments) and are looking for hotel or guesthouse software. The software will initially be used for training purposes in the hotel industry and later also for the real-time management of our rooms in the attached guesthouse. We have approximately 20 rooms (4-bed, 3-bed, and double rooms) that need to be split up. Each person must be billed for one room (e.g., R1.1, R1.2, R1.3, R1.4; R2.1, R2.2, R2.3, etc.).

It would be important to have color coding for room bookings (since, for example, 4-bed rooms are allocated to participants from the school (boarding school) who do not know each other for a longer period of time, color coding between genders is therefore necessary).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Room management (no online booking, no interface to Booking.com or HRS, etc. required)
• Participant or guest management
• Billing
• Cash book
• Reception, check-in, check-out
• Reception lists (e.g., breakfast lists, occupancy list, housekeeping, storage - e.g., laundry)
• Meals can be booked additionally
• Cleaning schedule
• Evaluations

Two to three software workstations are required. Work is carried out in a Windows environment.
