Educational institution seeks compliance management system (CMS)

As part of the planned development of a compliance management system (CMS) for our medium-sized company with approximately 30 permanent employees and approximately 70 freelance staff in the field of adult education, we are looking for suitable software to support us in the fair development and subsequent administration of the CMS. Our company operates three vocational schools at two school locations and offers continuing education and training courses in general and vocational adult education at two locations.

The software should perform or support the following tasks:

• Compliance with DIN ISO 19600
• Data protection compliance with GDPR
• Identification of compliance risk areas, creation of a company-specific legal register
• Risk analysis (identifying and presenting risks and gaps)
• Presentation of compliance implementation measures (process descriptions, process organization)
• Framework instructions or guidelines for compliance organization
• Organization (presentation of organizational structure, assignment or management of functions, tasks, responsibilities, competencies, necessary resources)
• Communication and training (communication with employees and third parties, training courses)
• Monitoring of compliance with the compliance program
• If possible, the requirements of a data protection management system in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR should also be included.
• Windows-compatible
• Network-compatible

Approximately 50 software workstations are planned.
