Educational institution seeks billing and invoicing software

I run a private massage school at various locations with around 20 instructors and am looking for invoicing software to manage our seminars. Invoicing should be automated; currently, each booking is entered manually.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management
• Course bookings are made on the website (WordPress pages) via Gravity Forms
• The booking form should be read and the invoice created automatically
• Semi-automatic sending of invoices by email, at least for initial control
• Online banking reconciliation
• Optional Word connection to print certificates for courses
• Text modules or templates
• The article directory should have at least three categories (course type, e.g., sports massage course, reflexology / date / initials for location / possibly also a column for instructor)
• Statistics functions (only locations, only courses, course type/year, etc.)
• Seminar management continues to be handled by the existing, proprietary course management tool

One to two software workstations are planned.

Note from SoftGuide: It might also be possible to have an IT service provider program a simple tool for reading the booking form and automated invoicing.
