Educational institution seeks administrative software

We are a multinational educational institution in the field of languages and tutoring and are looking for suitable software to manage our institute. We currently have around 15 teachers teaching approximately 200 students.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Management of student data
• Management of teacher data
• Management of events and courses (for individual students and student groups)
• Room plan with availability
• Calendar and appointment management
• Student appointment cancellations (ideally via our website)
• Invoicing (individual and subscription invoices)
• Possibly registrations
• Email correspondence
• Issuing attendance certificates
• As simple as possible to use, user-friendly
• On-premises or web-based

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
