Education provider seeks seminar management software

We see our organization as a service provider in environmental education. To this end, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including approximately 200 school events, approximately 250 events in our conference rooms, and approximately 60 seminars each year. To manage our daily tasks, we now need a comprehensive seminar management solution with CRM functions and powerful address management.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Seminar management that automates and facilitates the processing of events - recording registration data, sending registration confirmations or cancellations, sending information letters, sending evaluations
• At the same time, flexibility must remain with regard to minimum participants, registration deadlines, etc.
• An address database is desired in which all address data can be stored with additional background information on individuals and institutions - Address data entry (manual and automated)
• CRM functions (e.g., newsletters, course advertising, fundraising)
• Filtering by various search functions
• Creation of a contact history
• Link to the homepage, e.g., via a contact form - The data requested here and consent to advertising, etc., must be automatically created in new data records or fed into existing ones
• Simple, intuitive operation
• Operating language: German
• Compatibility with MS Windows and MS Office
• Storage location - since our server is already at full capacity, the management software should offer a web version, i.e., with storage in a cloud
• This cloud should be located in Germany if possible
• It would be good to have the option of adding more workstations later with additional licenses if necessary
• Should be cost-effective - both in terms of purchase price and follow-up costs

Five to ten software workstations are planned. This also depends on the license costs.
