E-logistics provider seeks human capital management (HCM) software

We are a global e-logistics provider and are looking for human capital management (HCM) software for our approximately 750 employees.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• International master data management with international payroll data
• Either integrated absence management and time management internationally, regional holiday calendars OR
• Interface to absence management tool
• Detailed reporting options for all transaction and planning data
• Organizational mapping (assignment of supervisors)
• Modular structure for the entire employee lifecycle
• Interfaces to existing ERP systems
• Interface to payroll systems
• Single sign-on support
• ESS (Employee Self Services) for employee information and changes to non-payroll-relevant master data (address change, title, telephone number, etc.)
• Merging of master data from various data sources prior to implementation
• German and English as mandatory dialogue languages; Polish would be desirable for ESS
• Cloud-based solution is certainly conceivable, but personal data must be stored in a European data center

Approximately 20 software workstations are planned for HR employees.
