We are looking for helpdesk software for our medical practice.
Employees need to be able to send messages to each other. These messages usually concern patient inquiries, which should be matched with as little input as possible (e.g., name and date of birth). The path taken by the inquiry should be traceable retrospectively.
Example
Patient calls and wants a prescription. Employee A takes the order but cannot issue the prescription and therefore forwards the request to employee B. However, employee B does not have time and passes the order on to employee C, who then issues the prescription and sends it by mail. The next day, the patient calls again. Employee D is on the phone. They call up the ticket or the patient and can inform the patient that the prescription has already been sent.
Approximately 6 software workstations are planned.
