Distributor seeks multi-project management

We are a distributor of electronic goods and are looking for a multi-project management solution. The software should support us from the project idea to project completion. Our company deals with internal organizational and primarily IT projects.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Idea management (option for employees to submit workflow-based ideas)
• Create your own forms and interact with applicants via the software to classify the idea
• Project initiation (evaluation of project ideas, prioritization based on evaluation and resource availability)
• Pipeline and project portfolio management
• Project conception (requirements management – specifications and requirements. System-supported approval processes)
• Project implementation
• Plan and manage work packages
• Employees can enter progress themselves
• Project planning is synchronized with the work packages
• Support for hybrid working methods (combination of classic and agile project management)
• Project completion
• Ideally, there are several views
• Cross-project views for the project manager for holistic planning (classical project management)
• Per project (and cross-project) views from the work package level (Gantt, list, Kanban, etc.)
• Local or web-based (preferably on-premises)

With regard to the planning of software workstations, this depends on the license and role model, probably 60-70.

We have different roles from a project management perspective and would like to be able to map these (department access, IT application manager, developer, etc.). Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
