Digital printing company seeks contract management software

We are active in digital printing and specialize in the customization of electronic devices. We are looking for contract management software with low complexity to manage our approximately 500 contracts.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Full-text search (OCR)
• Mobile usability
• Automatic notification by email when due dates are approaching
• Contracts should be able to be assigned to a division or department and cost centers
• Individual access rights can be set up
• Evaluation options
• “Nice to have” (not a deal breaker if not available): electronic signature

We are planning for 5-10 software workstations.
