Data protection company seeks software for external data protection officers

We are a data protection company and are looking for software for external data protection officers. We only want to use the software for our own purposes, i.e., it should not be used for staffing. We are currently working from home.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Processor management
• Data collection and analysis
• Workflow for user guidance
• Clients should be able to work in the system themselves and add documents
• Creation of all data protection-related documents
• Templates
• Training for customers
• Data subject requests
• Handling of data breaches
• Reporting to supervisory authorities
• Deletion and resubmission deadlines
• Secure data connections, cloud storage, servers in Germany

Two software workstations are planned initially, with up to five later. We work with MS Windows.
