We are a placement company (domestic help and care personnel) and are looking for software to manage customer data.

Requirements for the software:

  • Store and manage addresses
  • Store and manage contract durations
  • Create invoices
  • Manage appointments for individual households (e.g. change of personnel)
  • Store important calls/information
  • Manage a list of birthdays for the people being cared for
  • Store contact persons for each household

If at all possible, the software should run on both Mac and Windows. The software is planned for use at 3 workstations.
