Crafts and service company (electrical/electronics) seeking invoicing software

We are a craft and service company in the electrical/electronics sector and are looking for invoicing software.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Manage items with quantities that are automatically deducted when invoices are created
• Create quotes, orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Automatic invoice repeats, e.g., for installment payments
• Preferably an app for iOS and Android or an online portal where one or more employees receive an order and, after completing the work, create a report that is then saved directly back to the cloud and can be used to create the invoice on the main computer
• Preferably a local version that synchronizes data in a cloud or pure cloud software
• Runs on smartphones (iOS, Android)
• Windows-compatible

One fixed and four mobile workstations are planned for work reports (reports).
