Craft business seeks software for personnel resource planning

We are a southern German craft business (refrigeration and air conditioning technology/plumbing, heating, air conditioning) and are looking for software for personnel resource planning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Creation of orders
• Calendar for
• scheduling
• order planning
• Creation and management of employees and their attendance and absence (vacation, illness, etc.)
• Time recording
• Assigning orders to approx. 20 employees
• Support for mobile devices (mostly Android, some with iOS)
• photos and notes
• addresses, assembly instructions
• works even without internet access
• Transmission of assigned orders to smartphones
• Easy import and export of data
• Rights and roles, full access for the 6 employees, read function or conditional access (e.g., for importing photos) for the craftsmen on site
• On-premises or web-based – but NO monthly costs, rather software FOR PURCHASE

Six software workstations are planned.
