Craft business (metalworking) seeks business software or complete solution (ERP)

We are a metalworking company and, as part of our planned IT restructuring - keyword: digitization - we are looking for business software (ERP, complete solution).

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• CRM
• Quotation to invoicing
• Partial invoices must be possible
• Work organization
• Work processes
• Time recording if possible
• Controlling, evaluations (e.g., cash flow, contribution margins)
• Cost center accounting
• Email management
• Banking tool (e.g., payment runs)
• DATEV interface
• On-site accounting, financial statements prepared by the tax advisor
• If possible, providers from northern Germany, as this reduces travel distances
• Expandable in terms of licensing
• Support for mobile devices

At least four software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
