Consulting service provider seeks client management

I am in the process of setting up a health literacy practice (consulting and mediation) and am looking for client management software.

I have the following requirements for the software:

• Client registration
• Assessment
• Sub-goals
• Final goal
• Client-related time tracking
• Client billing
• Solution should be mobile

The necessary care packages with provider data in the region should be visible when a keyword is entered and can be integrated into the plan by clicking on them, so that in the end a complete plan package with the necessary information is put together.

One software workstation is required. Work will most likely be done on an MS Windows system.
