Consulting firm (seeking for a real estate company) a complete or industry-specific solution

I am acting as an external consultant and am looking for a complete or industry-specific solution for a real estate company. The real estate company focuses on property management and rental transactions. This involves letting, subletting, and re-letting. Until now, the real estate company has only had isolated solutions for this. This situation is to be replaced by a single solution.
