Consulting company looking for software for a start-up (textile import and online sales)

We are a consulting company and are looking for a software solution for a young start-up in the textile import and sales sector. The textile imports from abroad are initially from Turkey and later also from Southeast Asia. Sales are to be made via online stores.

The following requirements are made:

• Merchandise management system (WE/WA > RealTime stock levels, ABC supplier analysis and management, condition management, etc.).
• CRM (customer data management, distribution, sales, invoices, e-mails, campaigns, tickets, statistics, etc.)
• Interface connection to the e-shop
• an “all-in-one solution” or individual systems, whereby the compatibility of the systems with each other must be guaranteed (e-commerce/e-shop > ERP > CRM > customer IT)

As this is a start-up, the software solution should be cost-effective. Only 1-2 software workstations are planned for the time being.
