Construction software for carpentry work wanted

I am looking for construction software for carpentry work for my small craft business (including carpentry and timber construction). This software will be used in the finishing trade for drawings that are similar to plans.

The following requirements must be met:

• Technical drawings with dimensions and area calculations
• Two-dimensional, 3D less important
• Function for mobile devices or as an app is not necessary
• Windows-compatible
• Easy to use
• Lean solution

This is for one single software workstation.
