Construction company seeks project management and controlling software

We are looking for a suitable controlling system for our construction company for upcoming projects. There are approximately 5 projects per year, with approximately 5-10 being worked on simultaneously. The project volume is in the double-digit million range.

The following points would be very important when selecting the right software:

• Subdivision of trades by company - Overview of the companies involved in the various trades of a project (e.g., drywall construction - 3-4 are assigned different tasks for one trade)
• Enter and manage construction contracts (DMS, deadline monitoring)
• Entering the associated invoices
• Knowledge of the total volume (how much has already been commissioned, how much of the budget is still available?)
• Network planning technology
• Ideally, an authorization concept
• On-premises or web-based possible
• Windows-compatible
• Easy to use

1-3 software workstations are planned.
