We are active in track construction and are looking for software (possibly also various compatible solutions) with the following functions:
- mobile time recording for the construction site
- also possible offline
- booking to predefined activities, projects, locations
- as simple as possible with just a few clicks, self-explanatory
- shift planning for max. 15 employees with different skills/qualifications
- flexible and, as far as possible, automatic adjustment of this planning at any time in the event of illness or changes in customer requirements
- clear presentation of target/actual figures
- over-under coverage
- detailed time accounts for employees, showing overtime, remaining vacation, sick days, times relevant to bonuses (night, public holiday, etc.)
- shared calendar, all authorized employees can see each other's attendance/absence and appointments, everyone can enter their own appointments
- data transfer to Datev, if necessary data import from existing stationary time recording of office staff
- info function from the system to employees, e.g. about schedule changes
- contact directory/customer directory with history and document management, if applicable
Approx. 3-6 office workstations and up to 15 mobile accesses are planned for mobile time recording only.
