Company in the ceramics industry seeks laboratory software

We are a southern German company in the ceramics industry and are looking for laboratory software exclusively for our own purposes. We have four laboratories across the company. The customized solution we use is now “getting on in years” and, in our view, no longer meets all the relevant and contemporary requirements.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Raw material testing
• Type of raw material, dependent tests, e.g., grain distribution
• Chemical analysis, user-definable properties
• Target values
• Product testing
• Product database with target values
• Various test methods, e.g., breaking load
• Pallet control
• Frost testing
• Each with comments
• Storage of photos
• Reports and evaluations
• For internal use only – no ERP functionality required
• On-premises or the data should be stored on our own servers

There are 10-15 software workstations planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
