We are a North German raw materials trader for feed components (e.g., potato flakes) and are looking for an MLM system. The MLM (multi-level marketing) system, which will be linked to the online shop, the merchandise management system, and the accounting system, should reflect the following points for team partners and tipsters (pure recommenders). The goal is to enable new team partners to be integrated quickly and easily and to provide good usability across key areas of progress - team partners, activities, customers, sales, and successes.

The software must meet the following content and structural requirements:

  • Map and modify commission model
  • Structure display tiered bonus, individual consultants + teams
  • Structure billing
  • Customer entry and processing – address management (CRM)
  • Activity overview (new customers, new team partners)
  • Overview page (dashboard)
  • Master data sheet for consultants, team partners, customers
  • Customer management – entry, reservations
  • Consultant messages overview
  • Download area divided into several sections
  • Monthly report – statements as downloads (tax office - tax advisor)
  • Success status (commission overview)
  • Annual overview of statements (downloads)
  • Create discount codes and overview (for team partners and referrers)
  • Partner program (referrers)
  • Prospect management (entry, resubmission, notes, advertising objection, GDPR consent)
  • Windows-compatible
  • Preferably web-based

Six software workstations are planned.
