Commercial property management company seeks CRM and certified legally compliant document management system

We are a commercial property management company and are looking for a CRM and certified legally compliant document management system.

The system should meet the following requirements:

• Simple and legally compliant document archiving – with convenient document access via the CRM system, including filtering by various document attributes, e.g., telephone notes, correspondence, contracts
• Simple CRM contact management, e.g. with task/appointment forwarding to MS Outlook, meeting notes, filtering of contacts (by one or more attributes) – e.g. for creating form letters and mailings from the CRM system
• CRM system with a “small” invoicing function for billing, if possible
• Programmable interface to iX-Haus, if necessary
• Optional migration of contacts from the Access database

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
