Club seeks association software

We are an association or umbrella organization and are looking for association management software capable of managing up to 32 clubs with a total of 1,600 members.

The following requirements must be met:

• Membership management, including insurance
• Generate various reports (e.g., on staff, all club boards)
• Generate invoices for insurance companies
• Windows-compatible
• Cost-effective solution to replace an outdated MS Access system
• Manage existing financial accounting software that will be retained; this software handles membership dues, assessments, and fees, among other things

This involves approximately 8 software workstations.
