Citizens' initiative seeks simple CRM (with DMS functions)

We are a citizens' initiative that wants to establish e-car sharing in our region. To support our work, we are looking for a simple CRM with DMS functions.

We have the following additional requirements for the software:

• Contact management and classification (prospective customers, customers, supporters, etc.)
• Management of emails, documents, and other correspondence
• Email campaign organization, possibly only filter function and export of addresses
• Cloud-based; suitable for use with Mac and Windows computers
• Inexpensive

Two to three software workstations are required.
