Certified social service provider seeks industry-specific or administrative software

We are a successful, growing, municipally recognized, and certified care service provider in the field of outpatient and domestic care. In order to cope with our daily and rapidly growing workload, we need new industry-specific and administrative software. Until now, we have done a lot of this work manually using MS Excel, but this has now reached its absolute limits.

I have the following requirements for the software:

• Customer file, management
• Accounting
• Billing, invoicing
• Simple accounting functions, preparation and processing for the tax advisor
• Possible dunning
• Different billing requirements, e.g., health insurance rates (statutory and private insurance), social welfare module Conversion to hourly rates, with and without VAT
• Time tracking, who worked where in the household and for how long, performance records
• Email handling
• Personnel planning, links
• Employee management, time management
• Personnel deployment planning
• Work planning, work preparation (who, when, which domestic help, care is provided)
• Simple reporting, reporting
• Statistics
• External access to data, possibly via the cloud
• Simple, clear handling
• Multi-client capable if necessary (the opening of further offices is planned in the near future)
• Windows compatible
• Customization options would be an advantage
• Transfer of existing data from the old MS Excel
• Optional – a facility for working in MS Access would be convenient and an advantage

Route planning is not absolutely necessary, as there is no company vehicle fleet.

Three to four software workstations are planned.
