We are a caterer based in southern Germany and are looking for HR software for employee management (for approx. 25 employees) with duty roster planning.
We have the following requirements for the solution:
- Duty roster management for different areas (kitchen, bar, service, other)
- Absence management (sickness, vacation, time off, etc.)
- Access via app for each employee for duty roster requests or entries
- Time tracking tool for “clocking in” at the start of work, breaks, and end of work on a device on site (e.g., tablet, laptop, etc.)
- Windows-compatible
- Demo or trial version desirable
- Payroll accounting is not necessary, but notification of legal violations, e.g., working hours law - it would be good to have an option to export working hours in MS Excel or similar format to our external payroll office
One software workstation is required.
