Care service seeks administrative solution

We are planning to set up a care service that offers support in everyday life, including domestic help. We are looking for administrative software to help us perform our tasks as efficiently as possible.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Duty scheduling
• Performance records
• Cash and private billing
• Dunning
• Income surplus calculation
• Customer management would be great (CRM)
• Employee management
• Ideally, there should be a function to combine customer requests and staff preferences (e.g., some employees only want to provide care and support, but not clean); ideally, it should be possible to enter that the customer is looking for a cleaning assistant, and the system should suggest an employee who has specified cleaning in their portfolio
• Preferably with total or per-customer time tracking
• Interface to DATEV
• Preferably cloud-based, ideally with app use possible for staff

2-5 software workstations are planned.
