Canoe tour operator seeks management software

We are a small tour operator offering canoe trips with approximately 1,000 customers per year and are looking for software to optimize our administrative tasks. We currently work with a rudimentary customer management program and Excel lists.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Customer management
• Record booking requests (bookings are made via the portal and then received as emails)
• Generate booking forms
• Generate vouchers and invoices
• List incoming payments
• List of bookings with telephone numbers and comments, sorted by invoice number
• List of bookings by month of receipt with € amount
• List of participants in “guided tours” by individual tour dates
• So-called “schedule” for on-site staff, sorted by date, with
• invoice number
• name
• type of trip
• event (arrival, tour start, tour end)
• special features
• price
• possibly registration form or sticker per booking for on-site billing (deposit)
• Special feature: Arrival is independent
• A cloud solution would be desirable
