We are an outbound call center and are looking for shipping software (including in-house shipping of goods and order processing).
The following requirements must be met:
- Customer data management
- Creation of order forms
- Invoice generation
- Printing of bank transfer forms (DIN A4) and shipping labels in a single print job on standard and label printers
- Importing bank payments via Profi Cash
- Integrated dunning system
- Exporting all invoices, credit notes, cancellations, and payments at the end of the month to financial accounting in DATEV format
- Transferring all data via an interface from existing custom software (not company-owned)
- Windows-compatible
An inventory management program is not required.
Approximately 2–3 software workstations are planned.
