We are an invoicing service provider and are looking for software to support our business processes, particularly invoicing.
We have identified the following requirements:
- Invoice numbers customizable according to customer preferences
- Freely selectable text modules for products and invoice line items
- Use the customer’s letterhead or format the invoice layout
- Monthly installment invoices
- Credit memos
- Commission settlement - for example, a client places an order for 1,000 euros, of which 100 euros should be paid as commission to an employee of the client and 900 euros to the client
- Dunning process - clients should be able to specify payment deadlines
- Open item management
- Importing customer data from spreadsheets (Excel, CSV, ...)
- Starmoney Business interface: Import/export of incoming payments
- Customer interface (platform where customers can log in, manage data, and view statistics)
- Statistics for each customer with a forecast: current status, arrears
- Ideally web-based
Three software workstations are planned.
