As a bank with a real estate portfolio (real estate management, property management, land registers) and a regional subsidiary (with only property management), we are looking for new software. We are restructuring the relevant department and therefore intend to purchase a new, comprehensive real estate management solution. We already have a property cadastre in Explorer and external property management companies. Our real estate portfolio currently includes approximately 500 residential and 100 commercial units.
The software should meet the following requirements:
Eight to ten software workstations are planned. The work is done on MS Windows systems and outsourced to a data center in the cloud.
