We are a small bank with around 20,000 customers and are looking for business process management (BPM) software. The goal is to eliminate paper entirely.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Process capture
  • Process display
  • Centrally in a database
  • Input and output
  • Mapping process results as input for another process, if applicable
  • Responsibilities
  • Risks, costs, or cost estimates
  • Related IT applications (per process step)
  • Consideration of supporting IT systems and associated risks
  • Process redesign
  • Easy maintenance, updates possible
  • Graphical representation or graphical overview
  • Textual representation (as an organization manual)

Four software workstations are planned. The processes cover approximately 60 workstations. We work on PCs with MS Windows and client-server environments on UNIX with specialized banking software.
