We are a government agency and are looking for software for controlling software and hardware components (calculation).
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Numerical and business management of application procedures (structured)
- Database application with graphical display
- Individual recording of all software and hardware components for each application by selection from a component table (individual item, individual price, flat rate)
- Server - vCPU, vRAM, vGB-HDD, operating system license (if necessary), server setup costs, maintenance costs, operating costs, additional components (individually expandable)
- Application - Application license costs (multiple server licenses), application setup costs, various maintenance costs, application support costs, additional components (individually expandable)
- Client - Client application license costs, operating system license, additional licenses (if necessary), maintenance costs, additional components (individually expandable)
- Presentation of the number and prices of all components of an application/process and the total costs per application/application group/all applications (depending on the structure), total costs per user group, goal:
- numerical and financial evaluation of application processes and user groups
- Separation of the sub-areas hardware, software (licenses), service, operation
- Simple license and user/PC management (assignment to an application, license, group)
- Performance description of the application procedure
- Storage, linking of documents (PDF) per application (categorized)
- Data storage in a database with database user management
- Creation of log files (login, DS change, user, date, time, etc.)
The software we are looking for should be installed on a local computer (MySQL server).
Three to five software workstations are planned.
