We are looking for HR service provider software (XRM) that covers all of our features, or more likely, most of them. For the features that are not covered (e.g., department-specific requirements of HR or recruiting), other software products are to be purchased, which in turn cover all department-specific features, with the option of accessing the systems via interfaces. The software we are looking for should replace the existing tool landscape in the HR, key account, finance, administration, management, and technology departments.
The software should meet the following requirements:
More than 20 software workstations are planned. We work in a server landscape (MS Windows and Linux), with MS Windows clients and with a cloud. Our CRM is an in-house development.
