We are a trading company (new and used goods, children's equipment) and are looking for merchandise management software with invoicing.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Inventory management
  • Customer management
  • Item management (currently approx. 700) – should be scalable to approx. 2,000 items
  • Billing, invoicing
    • Creation of invoices with cash register
    • Creation of invoices (prepayment)
    • Differential taxation (between new and used goods)
    • Consideration of the VAT rate (20%)
  • Financial accounting
  • Connection to web shop
  • Web-based or on-premises

Three to five software workstations are planned. We work with macOS and MS Windows on our notebooks. An Android tablet would also be added.
