We are a paper processing company and are looking for supply chain planning (SCP) software. The software should help us master our daily tasks, planning, and challenges.
The solution should meet or support the following requirements:
- Manual entry of all types of customer inquiries, forecasts, orders, contracts, etc., via import or EDI
- Determination of possible delivery dates, ATP (“available-to-promise”), CTP (“capable-to-promise”) Quantities to meet customer requirements
- Proposal determination for sales and production orders
- Inventory optimization
- Delivery planning
- Load planning
- Consignment warehouse planning
- Flexible change management (automatic adjustments or adjustment proposals)
- Parameterizability to map different customer requirements with regard to planning behavior
- MES software from an established solution provider is to be used in the area of production planning
- An ERP upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is planned; as part of the planned rollout, the additional SCP software is also to be rolled out
- Windows-compatible
- Multi-client capable (as the company has over 30 locations worldwide)
- Compatible with interfaces (import and export) to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
- Ideally also compatible with the existing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system (for the previous test run)
Approximately 100 software workstations are planned, i.e., at least 100, but probably more.
