Austrian energy cost consultant seeks MLM software with CRM and accounting features

We are an Austrian energy cost consultant and are looking for MLM software with CRM and accounting.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Customer master database, product master database including conditions and other data to be pulled completely from our homepage
• Pull PDFs stored on the homepage to the customer master database and save them
• Synchronization (upload/download) between the data records between your CRM and our homepage
• Automatically create invoices
• Automatically store and send invoices via email, including previously created invoice PDFs
• Integrated accounting
• Store commissions (in particular, display and calculate closing and follow-up commissions, but also ongoing commissions per kWh)
• Calculate differences from commissions (MLM distribution with up to 20 levels of depth)
• Automatically create commission statements (including difference calculations)
• Create business partner statistics
• Set appointments and reminders (for the end of the price guarantee)
• Preferably a cloud solution

What one-time and ongoing costs would be incurred? (Is there a start-up promotion/package?)
