Association seeks space and event management

We are a non-profit association in Austria with around 2,500 members and organize approximately 200 scientific training events per year. In addition, we operate our building as an event center for up to 300 people. Thanks to the flexible use of space, several events often take place simultaneously on some days. We are looking for an affordable and flexible software solution to cover both event management and member administration.

Our main requirements for the software are:

• Room and event management, including online and on-site registration
• Resource management
• Website interface for integrating the booking calendar (JSON via REST or XML)
• Employee management and scheduling
• Member management, including billing and dunning
• Statistics
• Optional invoicing
• Running costs should be as low as possible
• Cloud-based and mobile-friendly (no local installation on clients)

Five software workstations are planned.
