I am looking for a complete solution or complete association software for an association in southern Germany (housing and property management sector).

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Member management, address management
  • Annual contributions
  • Billing of services (consulting) by the hour
    • Invoicing
  • Template management
  • Form management
  • Task management
  • Notification system
  • Workflow management
  • Statistics
  • Social media functions
  • Notes
  • Field service support, mobile data collection (iOS)
  • Interface to the existing document management system (DMS)
  • Interface to financial accounting, if necessary
  • Web-based preferred

Approximately 45 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.

In the first half of 2023 (starting in April), the tenderer intends to draw up a corresponding specification sheet.
