We are an architecture firm and, as a client representative, are looking for a software solution for the end-to-end execution of construction projects.
The software should support the following tasks:
- Creation of service specifications (HOAI service phases 1-9)
- Tendering, awarding, billing (AVA)
- Quantity determination
- Costs (DIN 276)
- Construction controlling
- Connection of CAD data (interface) -> materiality, construction structure, transfer of details from 2D drawings
- Option via (IFC) export -> transfer of data from CAD (3D)
- Project and schedule
- Employees should be able to calculate projects independently based on cost indicators and CAD templates
- Document management (access to current plans and documents)
- Current plans for construction management
- Project-based assignment of documents
- Automated and pre-prepared documents (for contracts, letters, costs)
- Contract management
- Invoicing
- Security deposit
- Payment control, verification, overview
- Defect documentation
- Acceptance
- Invoice verification with link to cover letter
- Correspondence
- Mobile application for construction site monitoring
