We are an architecture firm based in southern Germany and are looking for AI software specifically designed for technical due diligence (TDD) projects.
The software should meet the following requirements:
It is also important that the software can import inventory plans and transfer them to our summary (fact books). It is equally important that the “inspections,” i.e., the on-site assessments, can also be processed digitally so that all notes made by the staff in the office can be collected and processed.
Currently, evaluation forms are filled out by hand and photos are taken with smartphones. This data is then “digitized” and transferred back to the office. The media breaks lead to errors.
Our overall goal is to reduce sources of error and streamline the work steps required.
Three software workstations are planned. The system runs on MS Windows.
