We run an apprentice house (similar to a boarding school) that offers apprentices supervised accommodation and meals. We are looking for a software solution for daily meal ordering and billing for approximately 70 people.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Meal ordering (2 menus to choose from, plus allergy options, etc.)
  • Orders can be placed until the evening before, after which they are closed for the current day
  • Orders should be entered on the private devices of the people placing the orders (approx. 70 people)
  • Billing at the end of the month
  • Kitchen staff receive a list with the names of the people who have ordered food

A software workstation is required in the apprentice house.
