Applicant management wanted for a technical service provider with several locations

We are a technical trading and service company with several locations and are looking for suitable applicant management software for our company. Our HR department receives around 2500 applications a year.

We are looking for software that meets the following requirements

• Simple operation, which is possible without a long familiarization period or additional training
• Applications should be able to be received by e-mail and post (written applications are scanned)
• Automatic import of the most important data (possibly CV parser etc.)
• Minimization of the manual effort
• Saving unsolicited applications that may be of interest at a later date
• It should be possible to store, access and manage these unsolicited applications at any time
• Cost-effective
• Key figures

The software should be able to create various evaluations of the data so that our HR department can generate key figures from it.

Approx. 3 people (at different locations) should be able to access the applicant data.
