Aid organization seeks administrative or asset management software

We are an international aid organization and are looking for administration and asset management software. There is no record of IT hardware and software (licenses), or only in individual databases.

The database software should meet the following requirements:

• Data storage
• Hardware inventory, IT asset management
• Real estate
• Technical equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers)
• Networking of individual areas
• Reminder of deadlines
• Reporting functions
• Contract management (e.g., for maintenance or service cell phone contracts)
• Import interface for initial data entry (master data)
• Recurring import interface (MS Excel, .csv/.xls), XML
• Export interface, in case a solution from the umbrella organization requires a transfer
• On premises or cloud

Approximately five software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
