We are an agency (including catering) and are looking for a central event management software.

We have the following requirements for the solution:

  • Ready-made modules for different event types
  • With calendar
  • Quotation creation
  • Staff planning
  • Equipment
  • Recipes
  • Workflows
  • Tasks - Automatic creation of sheets (kitchen to-do list, packing list, procedures, etc.)
  • If possible, not cloud-based and not for rent - but as a purchase version
  • DATEV interface
  • Windows-compatible

There are 8-10 software workstations planned.
