Advertising agency (startup) seeks sales software for MLM

I am looking for multi-level marketing distribution software for my advertising agency (start-up) that should have the following functions:

• Distribution partners can register
• Distribution partner family tree creation
• Commissions can be set and paid out after payment receipt
• Booking of services and automatic recording of orders/purchases
• Web-based

When planning the software workstations, we are initially looking at 3-5 sales partners, but this can be expanded to at least 500.
