A merchandise management system for the retail of sporting goods was sought.

We are a trading company and sell sporting goods to retailers and end users via a web shop. We are looking for an inventory management system to optimize our business processes.

The software should support the following functions:

• Interface to the warehouse (retailer should be able to view stock levels)
• Warehouse management
• Order processing
• Accounting
• CRM
• Transport: We would like to automatically inform the service provider, such as DPD or UPS, that we have goods that can be picked up. So we would need the interface to create and track shipments in the system.
• Accounting

For another project, we have some customers for whom we do fulfillment. In other words, we store the goods (which are not our property) and send them after receiving the order. We then charge the customer a flat rate for the processing as well as the transport costs. So we need a storage system that can map this.

The software is expected to be needed for 2 workstations.
