Bob & Co SAS develops cloud-based software for the organisation and management of maintenance, technical call-outs and facility management processes. The solutions are primarily aimed at companies with multiple sites and technical service providers who coordinate their own technicians or external partners. The solutions are aimed, amongst others, at the retail, catering and hospitality sectors, property and facility management, health and social care organisations, office and logistics environments, and industrial operations.
The company tackles typical problems faced by decentralised maintenance organisations: requests, appointments and documents are scattered across emails or spreadsheets, responsibilities are difficult to track, costs only become apparent at a late stage, and recurring maintenance tasks can be overlooked. Bob & Co SAS brings these processes together in a centralised digital environment. This includes the recording and tracking of work orders, preventive maintenance, asset and site management, the coordination of technicians and service providers, budget control, audits, documentation, as well as reports and key performance indicators.
Another key focus is on standardisation across multiple sites. Roles and access rights can be configured in a differentiated manner; open and documented interfaces, as well as single sign-on, support integration into existing IT landscapes. Customised integrations are provided for ERP, document management, accounting and other specialist applications. According to the company, the platform is being further developed with ten to twelve major updates per year. Support and assistance are integral to the offering; implementation can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
According to the company, more than 10,000 sites across 15 countries are managed via the platform; reported customer satisfaction stands at 95 per cent. In addition, a network of more than 400 connected technical service providers is available. The platform is therefore suitable for everything from smaller organisations to large, multi-site corporate structures. The practical benefits lie primarily in centrally available information, traceable processes, a better overview of costs and less manual coordination between sites, internal teams and external partners, as well as greater transparency regarding recurring maintenance and inspection requirements.
